The electrical supply for each appliance is controlled by an isolation switch located above the worktop. Please check that the switch is on if the appliance is not operating.
Insinkerator Waste Disposal Unit
Please only use the waste disposal unit between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. It is suitable for all food waste including tea bags and small bones. Place waste food in the middle basin and turn it on pressing the button at the front of the sink. Food waste in bins can be unpleasant and using the waste disposal unit means less bin emptying! Please use the dishwasher throughout your stay (you are on holiday after all). You will see an orange light projected onto the floor when the dishwasher is working.
Please set-off the 'Rapid 30' program as you leave to clean any remaining items.

The central ceiling extractor fan may be switched off using the isolator switch above the kitchen door. Please ensure that this extractor fan is on when cooking.
